After finishing high school, Jarred began a retail traineeship while studying. A local part time role in finance sparked his curiosity and set him on a new path. Over the years he explored different industries but finance was where everything clicked. He spent more than a decade working across retail and business banking, building deep knowledge in residential, commercial and asset lending. Small business is where Jarred found his passion. He is a hands on leader who wants to understand the person behind the business, their story, challenges and goals, and then build tailored solutions to help them move forward. He values plain language, clear plans and strong relationships. Jarred bought his first property at 21, renovated and later built, staying close to the property market ever since. Health and fitness keep him sharp and grounded. He is a family man with three children, deeply connected to the local community and driven to make a positive impact through his work and relationships.
